Lawn seeds germinate rapidly in the still warm soil and the pressure of weeds is significantly lower.
Still a good time for plantings of all trees and shrubs as well as for boxwood and conifer hedges.
Don’t forget to pick your fruit from the trees!

Move tender Mediterranean plants to a sheltered spot before freeze and wrap them up, in particular to protect their roots.
